As a general rule, a kaftan is designed to be worn slightly looser than a Western-style dress. We therefore recommend ordering your usual size.
If you are unsure, please consult our Size Guide to select the right size for your Finezine piece, whether it is a kaftan, djellaba, dress, jacket, or plus-size kaftan.
For the most accurate fit, use a measuring tape to measure your:

At Finezine, every order is handled with the utmost care. Depending on the availability of your selected piece, your order may be shipped promptly or may require additional production time in our ateliers.
ITEMS AVAILABLE IN STOCK
For pieces available in stock, delivery is generally completed within 4 to 5 business days, once your order is ready for dispatch.
Depending on your destination and the immediate availability of the item, shipping may be faster.

MADE-TO-ORDER OR OUT-OF-STOCK PIECES
When a piece is not immediately available, it may be crafted to order in our ateliers.
Estimated production times vary depending on the nature and complexity of the design:
- Djellabas, Gandouras, Lightweight Kaftans & Everyday Pieces: 10 to 15 days
- Grand Kaftans, Kaftan Dresses & Takchitas: 20 to 45 days
- Atelier & Haute Couture Pieces: up to 60 days
These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the level of embroidery, artisanal craftsmanship, and hand-finishing required for each design.

Where the design allows, your order may be adjusted to your measurements after your order has been confirmed.
