At Finezine, every order is handled with the utmost care. Depending on the availability of your selected piece, your order may be shipped promptly or may require additional production time in our ateliers.
ITEMS AVAILABLE IN STOCK
For pieces available in stock, delivery is generally completed within 4 to 5 business days, once your order is ready for dispatch.
Depending on your destination and the immediate availability of the item, shipping may be faster.
You will be kept informed of your order status and progress.
MADE-TO-ORDER OR OUT-OF-STOCK PIECES
When a piece is not immediately available, it may be crafted to order in our ateliers.
Estimated production times vary depending on the nature and complexity of the design:
- Djellabas, Gandouras, Lightweight Kaftans & Everyday Pieces: 10 to 15 days
- Grand Kaftans, Kaftan Dresses & Takchitas: 20 to 45 days
- Atelier & Haute Couture Pieces: up to 60 days
These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the level of embroidery, artisanal craftsmanship, and hand-finishing required for each design.

Embroidery, finishing, and construction details are shaped by the expertise of our artisans and Maâlems. Many elements are finished by hand, honoring the heritage of Moroccan craftsmanship and couture.
Where the design allows, your order may be adjusted to your measurements after your order has been confirmed.
Fit adjustments are complimentary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Finezine delivers throughout Morocco and worldwide.
For international shipments, we work with trusted delivery partners such as DHL, FedEx, and Chronopost.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on:
- destination country,
- nature of the order,
- parcel weight and volume.
Any applicable shipping fees are determined according to your order and destination.
