HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Placing an order on the Finezine online boutique is simple.

You can discover our creations through the different categories available on the Website: E-shop, Collections, Kaftans, Djellabas, Gandouras, Dresses, Sets, Weddings, Ceremonies, or browse our selection according to your event.

Select your preferred design, then choose the size, color, or available options. Click Add to Cart, Buy Now, or Pre-Order, depending on the item’s availability.

Before confirming your order, please carefully review your cart: design, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and any special instructions.

If you are ordering for a specific occasion, we strongly encourage you to provide the exact date of your event in the comments section of your order.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

You may place an order by creating a customer account or by signing in to your existing account.

Your account allows you to access your orders, shipping information, and purchase tracking.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain Finezine items may be available for pre-order when they are not immediately in stock.

Eligible items are clearly identified on the product page with the Pre-Order option.

Payment is made at the time of pre-order. Your piece will then be prepared, crafted if necessary, and shipped as soon as it is ready.

If your order contains both available items and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped once all items are ready.

If you wish to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

AVAILABILITY & PRODUCTION TIMES

Items available in stock may be prepared and dispatched promptly.

When an item is not immediately available, it may be made or prepared to order in our ateliers.

As a general indication:

  • Djellabas, Gandouras, Lightweight Kaftans, and Everyday Pieces: 10 to 15 days

  • Grand Kaftans, Kaftan Dresses, and Takchitas: 20 to 45 days

  • Atelier and Haute Couture Pieces: up to 60 days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the design, embroidery, artisanal finishing, and atelier workload.

SHIPPING

All Finezine orders are prepared and shipped from Casablanca, Morocco.

Finezine ships within Morocco and internationally.

For items available in stock, delivery is generally completed within 4 to 5 business days once the order is ready for dispatch.

For international deliveries, Finezine may use shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, Chronopost, or any other carrier suited to the destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on the country, customs procedures, and carrier.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

For orders within Morocco, payments may be made in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) according to the options available.

For international orders, the default displayed currency is generally the US dollar (USD).

International orders may be collected by Finezine’s international entity established in Dubai. This does not affect the origin of the creations: Finezine items remain authentic Moroccan creations, prepared and shipped from Casablanca.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After entering your shipping and payment information, you will be able to review your order summary.

The order is confirmed once payment has been successfully validated.

You will then receive a confirmation email containing your order number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

SIZE INFORMATION

Size information is available on product pages and in our Size Guide.

A kaftan is generally designed with more ease than a classic Western-style dress. We recommend selecting your usual size and checking your measurements before placing your order.

If you are unsure, please contact our Client Service team before confirming your order.

ALTERATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS

For selected pieces, Finezine offers an adjustment service to help adapt the outfit to your silhouette.

Alterations may include garment length, sleeves, cut, or certain adjustments based on the measurements provided.

Any alteration or modification carried out at your request personalizes the piece.

A piece that has been altered, adjusted, personalized, or modified at the customer’s request can no longer be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the event of an acknowledged defect or an error attributable to Finezine.

MODIFYING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact our Client Service team as soon as possible.

A modification or cancellation may only be accepted if the order has not yet been prepared, shipped, altered, personalized, or placed into production.

Once preparation, alteration, personalization, or production has begun, the order can no longer be automatically cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Finezine creations are delicate pieces featuring numerous artisanal finishes and hand-crafted details.

Subject to Finezine’s prior approval or any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary, items are not returnable or exchangeable solely due to a change of mind, personal preference, or wish to change model after receipt.

No return may be made without the prior written approval of Finezine Client Service.

Any return request must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days following receipt of the order.

When a return is exceptionally accepted, the item must be:

  • new and unworn;

  • unwashed;

  • unaltered;

  • undamaged;

  • free from perfume, makeup, or any signs of use;

  • returned with its original labels, accessories, belts, garment covers, and packaging.

Return shipping costs and risks remain the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of an acknowledged error attributable to Finezine.

STORE CREDIT & REFUNDS

The exceptional acceptance of a return does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Depending on the circumstances, Finezine may offer an exchange, a corrective alteration, or store credit, subject to Finezine’s express approval.

The conditions of use of any store credit will be communicated to the customer at the time it is issued.

SENDING AN ORDER AS A GIFT

You may send a Finezine order as a gift by providing a shipping address different from your billing address.

If you wish to add a personalized message or special attention, please indicate this in the comments section of your order or contact our Client Service team.
